I'm going to put a 4s balance plug on my 2s batt and tie cells 3, 4 to the cell 2 wire, so I can swap to 3s or 4s at any time

Not sure that is wise, although this is precisely why I'm asking.. Ideally it would be great to switch between 3S/4S.

If your using a 3S/4S with bridged cells, the board won't be able to balance charge correctly I believe.. it would not be receiving accurate readings. Can anyone confirm/deny ?

I'm hoping we don't have to bridge any cells while using a balance connector, I think that would be the only way to switch between 3S/4S...  although this is unlikely...

The battery curve does not effect the charge cut off, how it charges or discharges, any of the battery protection or anything to do with vape quality it is simply a way to make the battery gauge a bit more accurate.  I wouldn't worry about it, drop the high point by 0.1 V and it will probably read 100% before you take a puff, but the most accurate gauge in the world  always be less than 100% after a puff or three.

Right, you confirmed what I assumed.

I mean 0.1/0.2v's really isn't a big deal.. just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Supposedly it's better long term for battery life if you don't charge all the way up to 4.20v's anyway, so I'm not really worried.

Is the charge cutoff voltage something configurable ? Or is it a predetermined value ?

  3. My DNA75C seems to struggle to hit 100% (4.20v) off the USB charger..

I calibrated the battery curve using the battery analyzer yesterday and verified the 100% node is sitting on 4.20v... *

If I charge the battery's off my external charger they seem to hit 4.20v so I'm not sure why the DNA75C is struggling to be honest, the batteries are brand new iJoy 20700's... have barely been through two charge cycles yet.

Is there a setting I'm missing here ? *Does the 100% node in the battery curve even determine the max charge cutoff voltage - if not what does ?

I feel like I'm missing another setting determining the charge cutoff...

    Cheers guy's
