I tried messing around with a load of different settings with VirtualBox 5.0.10. I tried Windows 10 64 bit and Windows 7 SP1 64 bit and neither worked. I'm running OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 and it sounds like I'm experiencing the same problem with the USB drivers. Both versions of Windows could see the DNA 200 but neither were able to connect. The solution was to shell out for Parallels 11. I purchased the upgrade as I had a previous license for $49.99 EScribe works perfectly.
