I previously had the battery issue which I had my batts switched out. And I made sure it doesn't fall below 20%. Last I checked my mods my cell voltage are within the norm.

Guys I have encountered a Warranty Service error on not 1 but both my DNA 200 mods (Lavabox & HCigar VT 200) at the same time. Previously it was already indicating but nothing severe. I even connect to Escribe prior to check if it was a firmware issue but it isn't. Now both my mods are not able to charge and it is worrying especially when both uses the 3 cell lipo battery pack. Kindly advise.

Tried a hard reboot but to no avail too.... I believe it could be like what you guys are saying, a bad lipo or joint issue. If anyone has other solutions, I would be glad to try it out too while I resolve this issue with the vendors.

Yes it is running at 3 cell. Is there anyway to rectify this? It is a HCigar VT200 mod.

Having the same issue. Can any kind soul advise? Already did recovery charging but to no avail.
