  1. Balancing tap is nothing more than wired taps on your batteries. If you are going to run 3s IMR's, wire in a balancing tap and the DNA200 will charge and monitor each cell. the eBay link is for reference only http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-PCS-3S1P-Balance-Charger-Cable-Wire-JST-XH-Connector-Adapter-Plug-/221751627797?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item33a16d5015 -C
  2. You wanna make money?? You gotta lota nerve... -C
  3. When you are in power supply mode there is no cell monitoring or cell cutoff and a JST tap is NOT required. If you remove the board from power supply to 3S lipo make sure you change battery type back to Lipo's, there is no cut off voltage monitoring in power supply mode. -C
  4. If you calculate the energy density/watt hr you can see the comparison between 3S LiPo pack @ 11.1v and a single 18650 @ 3.7v 3s 950mAh lipo pack running @ 11.1v has a watt hr rating of 10.54 watt hrs 1x 2850mAh 18650 running @ 3.7v has a watt hr rating of 10.54 watt hrs The actual "usable" watt hr is less for both, you wouldn't use more than 80% of capacity before reaching recommended cut of voltage. -C
