I believe I have all that set, but I'll give it a double check.

I'm still running the 9.99wh they recommend and have the file uploaded that they give as well. One cell isn't charging as high as the other two, it's like 4.2, 4.2, 4.07.

Anybody else's battery from the factory just suck? I got my Lavabox back from evolv yesterday and it's working again but my battery still only goes to 65%, so I can only assume the stock battery is already giving out.

I just submitted a support ticket and waited. Took a couple days, but they got back to me.

I had to send it in to Evolv because it's outside of the 90 days that Volcano offered.

I'm sure a few of you guys have had to RMA a device, can anyone give me their feedback on it? I'm so paranoid that they're gonna lose my baby, or it'll be scratched beyond belief. I doubt that will happen, but I'm in real need of some reassurance here.

6-8 weeks?! I just sent them my entire Lavabox...
