This has been dropped off of lifts from all sorts of heights, even run over by forklifts and bobcats. If you are interested you can design around my cradle and contacts it does a great job of protecting mods and I've already made the investments for molds and dies.
This is one I've used, its my store. Its been printed a lot and I still use it for my builds.

I am about to go to the park with my kids. If you could give me some direction on the angles and parts of the cradle you would like pictures up it would help me with a write up.
I have been working on this DNA 75C Cradle and board mount on and off for a year. My main goals were to get rid of traditional wiring, integrate board mounting and standardize assembly movements. As of now the entire cradle and be populated outside of an enclosure and the board will power on as pictured below. I am looking for some feedback on this idea. Normally I don't share in process projects but I would like to deliver something polished. Let me know if anyone is interested and would like me to post additional photos.
Well we finally finished Mod Crate made a reference case that fits a 1300 mah battery. We also have on that fits a 2000 mah Maxamp they are being anodized at the moment. What do yall think? Should we keep going up or make a passthrough version now?
It is a different fitting that the evolv 510. The pictures were just color samples the threading will be done after anodizing on all the holes. The pictures were just color samples the threading will be done after anodizing on all the holes. We haven't decided on the bevels yet still playing around with different shapes. We will still not be tapping the board mount holes we will still not be tapping the board mount holes but we will continue to provide self tapping screws .
Hey everyone we have started responding to feedback and making adjustments accordingly. The board mounts will be deeper, we went with a custom 510 similar in design, made a larger version for a 1300 mah battery and, of course anodizing.
