  1. I honestly don't know if it's possible but any form of feedback would be awesome. I am a training electrical engineer and an avid coder. I could do the coding but honestly idk the specs of the board and if it would be possible to hook a bluetooth module up to the board. Maybe a simple dongul that hooks to microusb? Any ideas or anything should be voiced in this thread.
  2. I brought my mod to a party, just got the board 2 weeks ago. Some retarded f**k dropped it, idk if that did anything because it still worked after that. It vaped fine and in the morning i plugged it in and it worked. I left it to charge for a while and then when it was fully charged i took it off the charger and tried to vape. Fire button wouldn't work and somehow the device locked itself. After repetatly pressing fire button 5 times and no unlock i used escribe simulate button press. All the buttons work on escribe when i simulate them but mechanically NONE of the buttons work. The up and down doesn't work, neither does the fire button.
  3. I have been using ni200 wire very successfully but due to it's low resistance I can't build these advanced coil builds that I long to do. Also it is kinda hard to work with. So, I'm thinking of trying a new tc wire. I have tried titanium with no luck (way too hard to build with/springy). I was looking into stainless steel but it seems that everybody has problems with it. I am particurally curious about NiFe wire, I know where to get Nife52 and Nife 30. It seams to be perfect for me and I was wondering if anyone could chime in on their experience with NiFe wires or any other tc wires and why NiFe is better than other wires.
  4. I'm trying to update my dna 200 board and It crashes before it even starts. This is what happens, I press the update firmware button and it says please wait, on the loading bar. Then it says "please wait (not responding). Then I get a Microsoft .net framework box that says... Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately... So after this if I press quit, escribe quits. If I press continue escribe stays open but the firmware doesn't reload onto the board. The board is crashed and doesn't work (it still displays info on screen but I cant fire it) At this point I have to restart the board to be able to use it. This is what the details tab of the .net framework says... See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** F.z: Exception of type 'F.z' was thrown. at 5. I fully believe this will work. Btw, wow that is the most creative idea I have seen in a while.
  6. I submitted a ticket, but i dont see any option to call evolv. How long do these support tickets take to be answered
  7. I was assembling my mod when i messed up. I got everything together and pressed the fire button. The screen went blank. Confused I opened up the case and the screen cable was pinched under the fire button. So now i have a working mod but the screen doesnt work. No problem, except i cant find a replacement screen. I have looked everywhere and found one on modcrate. They are currently out of stock though. Then i found some UK dna 40 large screens, however i need this screen fast and i dont want to order it from the UK. Anybody got a spare screen or know where to get one? What about evolv, do they sell replacement screens?
