  1. This works great on my Ubuntu 16.04 system. You saved me from buying a windows laptop. I am happily monitoring and adjusting my new Orion Go's. It also works fine on my various 75 devices.
  2. It works just fine but the battery charge level displays wrong. Here is the thread: /topic/68208-topic/ Catfish has had no difficulties and is building his mods with one.
  3. 24 gauge should be fine. It doesn't charge with a high current. The high currents come when you fire and those wires are the fat ones.

You could as a short term approach use diodes at each + tap.[/QUOTE] Diodes cause a large (0.6V to 0.1V) voltage drop and thus excessive power loss at the high currents we are using. They also interfere with charging. You do need some fancy FET array for proper reverse battery protection.
