  1. I feel like my VS 200 kinda does preheat in wattage mode. I only use wattage on mine and every time I fire it the wattage jumps to about 70% then 100%. I've got it set at 133watts and it jumps to 96.7watts for a split second before getting to 133.
  2. True true. The actual mod fires up and lights up and all just the battery arrived DOA so I guess it's got just enough juice to come on but won't charge. Hoping to find out Tuesday or Wednesday what went down with it.
  3. My VS200 is going back tomorrow so I'll let y'all know what they find as well. This has been going on 3 weeks waiting on a VS evolv firmware update but it seems as if evolv truly only found out a few days ago. Haha figures. I'll report back!
  4. And yes, it seems to be limited to the VS 200's while the flask 133 and DNA 133's are unaffected according to VS
  5. Sending my VS DNA 200 back for them to check out. Battery drain/charging issue since it arrived DOA.
  6. Yeah, they're gonna go ahead and pick it up. I only kept it because VS said I could wait for a firmware update to fix it but it's been 3 weeks so off it goes haha
  7. Thanks man! I really do want the dna200 so I may hit them up with "why are you still selling them then?" If they don't want to send me another one. They've been great at getting back with me, but it's just all been a little confusing.
  8. I find it strange as well haha. But I asked about that and got that answer. Might be my best bet to just get the 133.
  9. VS can't replace it for another one because it'll have the same issue until the firmware fix according to VS. Id either have to get a dna133 or vapor flask maybe since right now there's no issues with those. I'm just wanting the light weight of the 3s I guess haha
  10. I'm still waiting on a firmware update for my VaporShark DNA 200 since it arrived DOA. Battery drains and won't charge but since VS says it's a know general firmware issue there's not a whole lot that can be done about it. I could return it for a different mod or wait for an update. Evolv is still working on it I suppose hopefully and I'll be in business haha. It's my first DNA piece so I've been sitting on this for 3 weeks not even being able to use it haha.
  11. Seems to be that way. Also seems to be limited to the 200. Their 133 chips seem to be unaffected in their flask and dna133
  12. My VS DNA 200 arrived with drained battery exactly like this last week. They say it's a general firmware issue that they're working on, thats causing the battery to drain when not in use and over discharge I guess. Hoping an update will fix it when released. Just not sure if I'll need a new battery as well.
