  1. It's a board issue. Had to send mine to evolve for the same thing. Still haven't had anyone be able to tell me the exact cause of that problem.
  2. wbward, As was mentioned in the begging of this thread. You need to open a ticket with evolve. I had the same problem with mine. The board has a 1 year warranty. If the problem is with the board evolve will take care of it. They repaired mine. Evolve was great to deal with. My wismec dna has been working great ever since.
  3. Bill never seen those before. I was using some Teflon washers I bought from the hardware store. But they where a little thicker & the hole was a little big. Got tired of messing with them every time I changed tanks. I wish I would have seen those. They would work good. It's kinda bs though for them 2 put a shorter 510 on there mod & tanks. If they had a better 510 we wouldn't need 2 shim are tanks or replace it. A lot of people that buy these don't know about it being short. Screw in there tanks and end up with a mod that won't read there tanks.
  4. I have a wismec rx200 & wismec dna200. Which the 510 is junk on these. Replaced both with the short v4 like a lot of people have. I haven't had any issues with either of them. Way better then the original junk wismec puts on there.
  5. I have the crown 2 and to me it's better then my crown 1 and tfv4 as far as my sub ohm tanks. There has been problems with some of there coils. You may have a bad batch. So it may not be your settings. There is stuff on YouTube about these coils. I have not been using tc. I've been going threw 2 tanks a day with the .5 coil for over 2 weeks vaping at 45 watts on the same coil. Just something else to consider.
  6. Nick, Yes mine was resolved. Evolve was great to deal with. Couldn't be happier. Guess I should have added that to my post.
  7. I had the same issue with mine. Mine was past manufacturer warranty. So I opened a ticket with evolve. They told me to take battery cover off and try squeezing top and bottom together to see if there was a battery connectionp problem. Also told me to check the ground screw that's behind a little white foam piece in battery sled. If neither of those fix problem. I'd contact the place you bought it. If they won't help. Then wismec and if they won't do anything you can open an evolve ticket.

    Wake up

I had same problem with my Wismec dna 200. Opened a ticket with evolv. They had me send it in. Got it back just under 2 weeks working as good as new. From my email contact to the repair. Evolv was great to deal with. Just wanted to let everyone no how my experience was with evolv on this issue of MOD not waking up after a long period of time. Awesome job evolv.
  9. Thanks bill you suggested that to me in another thread and I did that yesterday from your advice. Thanks.
  10. I have seen that thread. Those two fixes are not my problem. Fuse is good. Checked with meter. All 3 batteries are new lg's. Have 6 new actually.
  11. Having same problem with my wismec dna. Plug it into charger comes on. Can unplug from cord. Can use it fine all day even the screen can go off & it will come back on & still work fine. If I let it sit for about 20 to 30 min. I have to plug back in for a second to get it to work again. I did open a ticket yesterday. So see what they say. Wire connection to board is good and fuse is good.
  12. I'm having the same issue. If you find anything out please post.
