I had exactly the same problem and opened a ticket with Evolv, sent them the board with the RMA ticket and they replaced it with a new board. They have great customer support so well worth contacting them.

Thanks for the info, it has been driving me crazy trying to work out the problem. I will open a ticket with them and see what they have to say.

Hi guys Got a strange fault with my dna 200 and cant quite work out if its a board or firmware faulty. The device will charge, connect to escribe, fire and vape perfectly fine but if left at idle for say more than 20 mins and the device goes into sleep mode it then won't wake when the fire button is pressed. If however you plug in a charger it will wake up instantly and when the charger is disconnected you can use it as normal as long as you don't allow it to go back into sleep again. I have tried various different firmware versions but it still does the same regardless of the firmware which would lead me to think it was a board fault.. Any help would be great as im all out of ideas.
