I contacted volcano ecigs last Friday 23rd to complain about the battery, for me i had it on the charger for few hours and it showed to be 100% charge but I unplugged it and the gauge dropped to 75%. They told me that non of the analyzers have been ran for the device Quote from the email: "It is likely the reason for this is because our manufacturer did not enter any of the internal settings for the device to be calibrated.
