Did they say a reason why they are not giving it to you?

I contacted volcano ecigs last Friday 23rd to complain about the battery, for me i had it on the charger for few hours and it showed to be 100% charge but I unplugged it and the gauge dropped to 75%. They told me that non of the analyzers have been ran for the device Quote from the email: "It is likely the reason for this is because our manufacturer did not enter any of the internal settings for the device to be calibrated. We hope to have the CSV file available soon so that you can upload this into the device via escribe very soon."
