Hello.
2016.05.04 my "DNA200" died. In the morning when pressing "fire" button - on the screen "LOGO" for one second. After has gone off the screen, but " mod" work (FIRE) full power. I don't pushing "fire" button but "DNA200" continued to work (FIRE) without stopping. Stop work only when unmount batteries. My "atom" (atomyzer) burned completely (it was hot and has a bad smell), mouth burns, it hurts.
I experience great stress.
I understand - EVERYTHING HAPPENS, but bomb in the hands - it's too much.
Now DNA200 - screen educate inscription "Warranty Service" error message (don't work, died).
I make recovery - don't help.
DNA200 I buy 2015.08.26 and she 2016.05.04 died.
I write ticket EVOLV, but don't have answer.
I'm angry, incredible.

Software from EVOLV (DNA75) adnd HCIGAR (DNA75) have difference (EVOLV - 55.130.832 bytes and HCIGAR - 55.138.312 bytes).

When push "FIRE" button DNA board "auto-LOCK" or "don't work" - let's cleaning "FIRE" button. Seeing what can be seen through the magnifying glass.

If bad button don't send in for repair . Just change-repair "fire-button" to "up-button" or "down-button". Inside the same. A small metal plate.

I leave version "2016-02-29". Only change "Lock" from "5" to "6" (any larger number) and upload new settings.
Now works fine two day without "AUTO-FIRE-LOCK" and other nonsense.
Say bad uploaded parameters, no, I try several times, no one will remain unchanged. Only change from "5" to "6", and everything is fine, now.

SX-PURE tank "coil" have 0.065 Ohm resistance, DNA-200 read 0.03 Ohm TEMP-mode (http://evolvapor.com/datasheet/dna200.pdf).

And it's my problem.
Fire button work good. "Fire button" is "Fire button", but the automatic locking when pressed - the program "2016-02-29 EScribe 1.0.42" is working wrong. We are using a "trial" version.
I think the "program" is working bad. (I have 2S mode 18650)

Try charging the cell-3 separately to 4.15v, when all will be under 4.15v then just build in the box-mod. DNA-200 does not have to be angry 0.05v difference. Use a half days. Later, trying to charge and monitoring. Maybe help. -
