I changed the numbers in the calculator battery.
You mean to load the settings in the mod?
  And upload the file which you downloaded earlier
  Then save the settings in a mod

That's all. Mod is ready to work.

Why only 9 Wh?
You need to consider the total voltage of the three batteries.
The nominal voltage of a single battery VTC5 3.6 volt
 
hence the nominal voltage of the three batteries is equal to 10.8 volts.
