  1. Don't use SSV wire, it's not grade 1 and they make false claims of taking Grade 2 and converting into something purer than Grade 1 which is ridiculous.

Also, if you're getting a decent vape with 175C then it's your Ni that is inaccurate; at 175C you should barely be getting any vapour at all.

Soulseek, I am definitely new to all of this but I understand how TCR works.

Like I said I am using the curve that SSV provided for their .5mm wire and all I have tried using so far is SSV .5mm wire. I will begin ensuring that the cold resistance is stable like you mentioned. I am currently using a Tobeco Velocity clone.

I wouldn't trust anything coming from SSV, they make bullshit claims that they take Grade 2 Ti and turn it into something purer than Grade 1, which is ridiculous.

Get yourself a good source of Grade 1 Ti and you shouldn't have any problems.
  3. Yes, today in the afternoon I decided to try connecting it just out of curiosity at the office PC and it worked without any problems. Previously I was running it through a VM; I tried VMware Fusion, Parallels and different Windows versions, on different computers but always got the same error.

For the time being I'll have to use a PC until I get it to work with a VM.

  4. So I recently got a board, I've connected my 3S Lipo on it and when I try to connect it to Escribe I get the error "EEPROM read failed". I've updated the firmware but every time I try to connect or upload/download settings I get the same error.

I live in Europe and got this from stealthvape uk; it seems that it's one of the early boards as the date I get through Escribe is 18th of June.
    Any ideas?
