  1. I find the best thing for battery life is to set the soft cut off 0.01 volt above the hard cut off which is 2.91 volts on my 250. Is the hard cut off 2.75 volts on the 75C?
  2. The CSV file has no impact on battery life. It is purely to make the battery meter accurate, nothing more.
  3. You need to set your battery capacity correctly. Set it to 25wh or even better try and find a battery CSV file for the HG2's.
  4. I think I already know the answer to this one, but is there any way of changing the hard cell cutoff? 18650's are safe down to a resting voltage of 2.5 volts so they can go a lot lower than the 2.9 volts under load that the 250 cuts off at. We can get a lot more capacity out of our batteries, safely, if Evolv would just let us adjust the hard cell cutoff. I only have 2323 mah of usable capacity from my new 30Q's when I could easily get 2800 mah capacity, safely. My Aspire Archon batteries have a resting voltage of 3 volts when it cuts out for low battery so the cutoff must be 2.6-2.7 volts and I used that for 5 months with no detrimental effect to my batteries. The VTC6's I used in the Archon used to take 2850-2900 mah for a full charge from the low battery warning when they were new. 6. I have got some 14AWG which is more than enough but I decided to use 12 AWG instead as it's a nice tight fit in the holes in the atty.
  7. The hard cutoff is 2.9 volts. Even with the soft cutoff set to 2.5 volts it cuts out for low battery at 8.7 volts.
  8. Here's the resistor bank I've just made for running the battery analyser. 2 x 750 watt 1 ohm resistors coming in at 0.53 ohms wired with 12 AWG. I haven't run a test on it yet but I've pulsed it a few times at 120 watts and it barely gets warm.
