EScribe Not Detecting Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA

Hi, I want to ask something about my problem (or maybe someone's else too, since I haven't found any solution for this exact problem)
So, I have an Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA device, and I wanna customize it using the EScribe for Oxva
But, the software says "No compatible USB device are connected

This is really weird for me, because like 3 or 4 months earlier, when I customized it for the first time, it worked just fine and I can customized it back then
and now, I want to do another customization (with the same Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA (v.111.2) device and same PC) the software give me a pop up tab (as you can see on the attached picture)
so basically I can't do anything to customize my Oxva device
but when I tried to customize my friend's Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA with the same PC and cable of mine, it worked just fine, so I think it's the device's problem

Yes, I already tried changing the USB cables, switching the ports, reboot the device by holding the power button for around 15 secs and nothing worked
Maybe someone have/had the same problem and already fix this issue can tell me how to fix this problem
