Screen Black but device works

So i’ve got a dna 100c i’ve had about 6 months now with no issues but i woke up today and my screen is just black, i can see the backlit lights on but it doesn’t show my display. it still works but i can’t use screen. Please help

I'm going to say that you most likely need a new Color Screen.

You might try rebooting the device though EScribe and see if any change comes about. Or remove and reinstall the battery.
