DNA 400C "check battery"

Hello everyone,
after using my hog dna400 without problems for a while, one morning by putting the batteries, impossible to make it work, I have the message "check battery", I did a reinitialization via escribe, but still the same problem.
I changed battery without success.

Do you see cell 3 and 4 are way above 4.2 volts, this indicates as far as I know that that battery management chip is bad.
