Orion DNA stuck in Lock Mode

My Orion DNA is currently locked as displayed in escribe as well as a single purple flash when hiting the fire button and another single purple flash when releasing the fire button. I have done a soft and hard reboot. this still didn't allow me to unlock it with 5 presses of the fire button within 2 seconds. I then did a firmware update, this also didn't allow me to unlock the device. I then attempted a soft and hard reboot and a reset settings function. after each attempting to unlock. none of this has worked, the firing button is functional because it lights up when I press it. It is still able to fire within the escribe app as well. is there perhaps a serial line code that could unlock the device?
