Battery issue? or display issue? 250c

My battery seems to be draining really fast it's set up properly in escribe for triade 250c

brand new battery's (HG2)  from illumn, here are pics from device monitor they are all draining evenly

can someone look at pics is the voltage ok?

and I don't seem to have an option to change battery capacity or KW/h

if im reading this correctly my voltage sag is about .2v at 19 watts .25 resistance

is it just the screen not displaying properly?

I am using international version 1.1 SP35  is that why I cant manually change capacity or kw/h?
