DNA 250 2-Cell only works with 1.2 SP 5

Hello,

one of my dna 250/166/167 2-Cell doesn't work as soon as I install any firmware higher than sp5 (sp5.1, sp6).

As soon as the newer firmware is applied I get "check atomizer" when firing and the atomizer analyzer shows question marks for the ohm values.

When I rollback to SP5 everything works fine again.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

The chip i have no issues with has the following production history: Saturday, May 6, 2017, 12:41 PM

The one that seems to have issues with sp5.1/sp6 has the following production history: Wednesday, January 11, 2017, 1:41 PM

If you go into Serial Terminal, what do you get as responses to these commands (after trying to fire)?

I=GET OFFSET

V=GET OFFSET

With SP5 it gives me:

I=-0.379A
V=-0.060V

With SP6:

I=?
V=?
