Madzz Posted January 16, 2019 Report Share Posted January 16, 2019 Hi, I need help. I bought a new dna75c device that's not working properly. It gives me 0% battery at 3.5V. I checked battery cutoff on Escribe and it's set to 2.7V, however I have 3.5V on the battery when I go charge it, while in other dna75c devices I own, the same battery is drained all the way to 3V,before it gets to 0%.
