Unable to charge via usb

I've just built a 250c lipo mod and i cant get it to charge via usb, if i plug it into laptop i can see individual voltage of the cells so i know the balance connector is ok, it fires up and i can vape from it fine, I've balance charged the lipo externally with a decent 4 button charger so i know the lipo is good, its a 2200 4s turnigy, and its set up for lipo in escribe, I've tried different usb chargers, power banks and leads, any ideas?
