Escribe Installation Problem !!

schönen guten tag community,

ich wollte eben das escribe programm installieren und

es kommt andauernd der selbe fehler , egal welche version

ob US oder deutsch ect. immer der selbe fehler was kann ich da machen ?

Is an older version of EScribe running while you are running the installer?
