BLIND J
i have a think vape finder 250c that when plugged into computer w/ batteries shows its charging and shows red light. with no batteries says clock error but in either case cannot get escribe to recognize a device is connected. i did not get user manual so am wondering if i am missing something simple. Escribe says to unplug and replugin device which ive done and i even here the ding don to let me knoe ive plugged something in. FYI i am using up to date windows 10 computer if that makes a difference
dwcraig1
Early versions of Escribe didn't support DNA75C and DNA250C, They require Escribe 2.0. Just a thought.
