I all i want the Mario & Luigi Themes to get installed on my Switcher but i dont know how can someone help me please

You can't.
I don't know if you're trolling or you just need some basic knowledge in consumer electronics, but the themes from this forum are meant to be used on DNA boards produced by Evolv.
The Vaporesso Switcher is manufactured by Vaporesso and it uses its own Omniboard 2.x boards and chips.
