Problem with Therion 75C

Hi im experiencing problems with my lost vape therion 75c, when i purchased it the device worked fine for a few weeks and then i kept getting this error where i would try to fire the device and it would come up with the message asking if i had changed the coil, to 0.400 for example, once i pressed yes it would do the exact same thing and ask if i had changed it to 0.401 if i clicked yes to that it would just do the same with and ask if i had changed it to 0.402, clicking yes would just send you around in a circle constantly coming up with new figures and pressing no would do the same, every time i pressed measure again it would coming up with a different figure, in the end i went back to using my old device as i could actually trust that one.

Today i picked it back up and decided to test it with a few different tanks, every tank is giving the exact same result. Earlier today it was just doing the same error as i previously mentioned, picking yes would send you in a constant circle, and clicking no was giving a different result this time it would send me back to the main screen and if i tried to click fire the word firing would appear for literally half a second and then the device just locks its self without ever firing the coil up.

After a few hours the device just started completely glitching, it's sat here with a constant green light which to my knowledge should only appear as a Charge complete indicator but the battery's are at 80% and i use an external charger, i just came back to it a minute ago and noticed it had a Firing message constantly at the bottom of the screen and the batteries were red hot and had to be removed immediately, I have tried connecting it to the device monitor software but its just says that it doesn't recognize any devices attached every time, Does anybody know what the problem might be? Thanks.
