Think vape Finder problem??

I've been runnig the Finder for a couple of days - replaced the batteries and noticed that my charger would only charge one.. Nothing to do with the charger - the mod isn't using the second battery. First cradle (nearest to chipset) is good. Second cradle i.e. the outside one nothing. Not a peep. Is there something I have to enable or is it send it back to the seller - again?

The negative terminals are connected - should the positive terminals be connected together as well?

Any ideas?

Thanks giz_60 - will see if I can get to the positive terminals to see what they have/have not connected. The second duff mod in a month. Great. Thats the problem with buying from Chinese companies - good customer service etc but it takes weeks to get a refund or replacement.
