one of my battery drains fast than other two in triade dna 250

I have Triade dna250. When I check in escribe, one of my battery drains fast than other two. and is it normal if my mod warms while continuously vaping? I have posted video. in that video cell 2 drains fast than other two. please help me out. I am new to dna. can someone send me a link to know more about escribe and dna?

What happens if you switch position of the cell that's showing lower voltage drop with one of the other cells? Is it the slot in the sled or the cell that continues to be lower?

I already switched the battery. I think its the slot in the sled. Is there any solution regarding this? I disassembled only top of my mod a month ago. Is that causing a problem?

Other than cleaning the battery sled contacts with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol I'm out of ideas.

Does the door seems to fit properly without more of a gap in top or bottom than when new?

Yes it fits like a new I guess. I am going to post two photos. Can you please look at it?

Frame appears good, did you try cleaning the sled contacts?

(even though they appear clean)
