Wattage Problem w/ DNA 250

Hello Everyone, 

I'm having an issue with wattage not reaching its set input. If anyone could give me some advice as I never had a problem with this in the DNA 200 it would be much appreciated. 

Specs:

Kennedy Box Mod (166w) w/ New 2 x 18650 (LG) batteries married and fully charged.

0.1 ohm build (24g parallel clapton coils w/ ni80 36g).

It's set on wattage/power at 120 watts. but when I fire it only reaches to about 77 watts.

when I throw this same atty on my dna 200 at 120 watts it reaches the 120 watts no problem and creates desired hit.

any ideas?

Using Device Monitor in Escribe take note of the voltage drop on the cells when firing. 

Here is an example, in my case the voltage dropped from 4.1 volts to 3.88 volts.

If yours is dropping to/below cell soft cutoff  the board will reduce power.
