battery is not charging, help needed

Im hoping to find some help on what may be failing with my setup and if other people have had the same issue. It had been working great for 3 weeks, but now the battery wont take a charge. Monitor reads 0wh charge. Usb power = 3.5w. usb current = .7a. usb voltage = 4.98v.  Im using the dna250 with the fullymax 1200mAh 11.1v 13.32Wh battery. Wall charging doesn't work as well. The charging icon doesn't even come on. Has anyone else had similar issues? Do you think a new battery is the solution?
