Triade Dna 200 0% Battery and sometimes show warranty service.

Guys I need your help. Please! So i bought this mod from a friend. It was working perfectly fine for about 2 weeks. Now when I rebuilt mycoils, my batts suddenly became 0% when Im still at about 80%. What should I do? I didnt do anything with it in escribe. Is it out of date and needs to be upgraded? Firmware version? Please help me. 

The warranty service pops up not that much. Im really concerned about the 0% issue. Help!!

Triads have a Known issue with the battery sled, where the batteries dont make a good connection if the upper and lower part of the sled separate too far. Also after working on a few, I have found another issue of the cell balance wires that are soldered to the terminals will break off and cause the batteries to not be read and will cause the 0% issue.

If you can, a screen shot of device monitor showing the cell voltages would help.
