Lavabox 200 Recovery Charging problem

Hi guys, I just replaced my battery for a bigger one a few weeks ago, and it died on me today, It keeps saying check battery, and I have no idea what to do. I put it to recover the battery but the charge just sits at 0.0000, and I tried setting the charge estimate, and it goes up for about 2 minutes and then drops back down to zero. My cells are all below 2 volts.

It was working for a while today, then it suddenly said check batteries, then I opened up the back and noticed that the white lead was loose, then after I pushed it back in the troubles started happening.
