DNA 250 LIPO Warranty Service

My Hammond Box DNA 250 1300MAH lipo stopped charging today, all cells reading very low - cell 1 1.25v, cell 2 1.47v, cell 3 1.82v.

i have tried recovery USB charge in escribe, and another battery, screen now shows Warranty service when i unplug from escribe.

any advice would be great.
