Willy
To save space I'm thinking of soldering all wires to the board. For safety sake I'd want to connect B- as the last step once everything else is assembled in my Hammond 1590A. My question is the grounded mounting pads, if the board is grounded to the metal box via the mounted tabs, can I use chassis ground and connect the B- to the case or do I need to go through the B- pad?Thank you for everything! John
You can use a chassis ground. Make sure you have good electrical contact to the mount pads.
