redwolfe90
I've been playing with the DNA200 and Escribe for a few days together and I was wondering why but whenever the screen shows the battery at 42-44% I get a few more vapes out of it and then it shows "Weak Battery" I let it sit for 10-15 minutes and go back to vape it and it'll show 0%. Why is the such a large gap when showing 0-44% but it won't show anything in between? Could I possibly have the discharge curve set improperly? KTMRider
What mod do you have? What battery? There's a setting in Escribe to set the Wh of the battery under the Mod tab. That should give you a more accurate battery meter.
redwolfe90
I have a Hana Modz 200 and I have one I made myself. The hana has a 950 nano-tech turnigy and my mod has a great planes 1200mah.
KTMRider
My Hana Modz v200 didn't have the correct setting for the battery when I received it. There's a calculator in Escribe to help you get the right wh value (10.55 for 950mah 3S). I have a 3d print by Blueridgedog with a 1300mah 3s and the Hana v200 with a 950mah 3s. I have 2 config files for each mod. The only difference is the wh value.
redwolfe90
I checked my settings, the Hana was set to 10.54 and my 3d printed mod was set to 14 since that's what is on the pack.
John
Yes, it is probably the curve. Or the actual loaded watt hours. You are running the most recent firmware?
redwolfe90
I am, maybe it had something to do with MY curve, I swapped both back to the default curve in Escribe and now they been lasting MUCH longer than before. Usually after 5-6 hrs my Hana is down to 50% and I just checked it a half hour ago, it was at 65%.
