hcigar vt200 battery voltage

hi peeps. been using my hcigar vt200 for a week or so now. my computer went tits up so i havnt pluggee it in for a while now. but i left it on charge last night because it was flat. pluggee it into escribe just now to see the voltage on each 3 packs is 4.10... shouldn't they all be 4.20? ive noticed a slight battery decrease too. any ideas.

In EScribe using the "Mod" tab, charging mode. If set to "maximum puffs" it will charge to 4.2 volts per cell and if set to "maximum recharges" it will charge to 4.1 volts per cell.
