ClintMaas Posted October 9, 2015 Author Report Posted October 9, 2015 I didn't see anybody ask about this yet and wondered if there are any issues with charging using one of the Samsung fast chargers (Adaptive Fast Charging/Note Edge). I understand how a device only takes what it's specified at but I'm not sure how this works if you also are feeding an additional 9 volt supply with the 5 volts.

It's probably proprietary but would be great for our mods. I know when my phone is super low, it charges hella fast.
Nick Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Yeah, I think it should be okay. I actually had no idea the fast chargers were 9v. They must "Detect" fast charging capable devices and switch on to 9v, otherwise I would have destroyed just about everything I own so far. LOL
