Does evolv warn when they receive the equipment to repair in they facilities?

you mean when you send in a board for repair or replacement, do they notify you they received it? no, but you can tell if the board was picked up by them from the PO box by checking the tracking number.

Thanks it's solved.The international tracking doesn't work in the usps tracking service, and I'm from Portugal, so I was getting worried about it ,but early today I spoke with evolv and the mod is already there
