VTBox 200 charging/passthrough issue.

So my VTBox 200 when plugged in will charge for about 2-5 minutes and then stop but the USB amp current keeps flowing. I cant get the mod to actually start charging unless I upload my settings. When it is charging, my Watt Hours are rising but my voltage is actually dropping. Someone on a DNA200 group that im in said that it could be a blown fuse. Also when its "charging" im not able to puff on the device, it will say "check atomizer" but as soon as i unplug it will let me puff. My battery percentage on the device will go up as well while its charging, but if i reboot the device or reupload my settings it drops back down to what i started with or less. What am I supposed to do?

if it was a blown fuse, you would not be able to vape at all. all your settings are set correctly in escribe, under (mod tab)? you can try the usual stuff: hard reboot, reflash the firmware. i would try to return the device or open a help ticket with evolv , from their website.

All my mod settings are fine, but i submitted a ticket with Evolv. Hopefully something can be done :/
