Problems with the battery in VT 200 DNA Mod

i have problem with the battery its not charging And its always say for me low battery And check battery in VT 200 DNA Mod ..... can some one help me with that please ????

can you connect to escribe? what are each of the cell voltages and total voltage (pack voltage)? can you take a screen shot of device monitor while mod is connected and post here?
