Escribe on Windows 8 can't detect Hcigar VT75.

Hi, just purchase this mod yesterday. I have a SX Mini ML, but this will be my daily driver as SX just sucks current so fast. So really hope that my AWT 26650 will have longer drive as sometimes really forget to charge my batteries.

Downloaded the Escribe software and installed on my laptop Win8, but it can't detect my VT75 even installed the driver everything.

How should I do?

Try a different computer and/or a different cable. Get these things eliminated and let us know the results.
