Hello all just got my first DNA device (Triade dna 250) I am going to be using VTC4's as well and would like to get my battery meter as accurate as possible. Can anyone help us out or can I use a profile from another post I saw for the RX dna 200? Also if I just wanted to run the test on my own is it safe to do so with a loop of wire on an atty and a fan blowing on it? Thanks

I run the battery analyzer with 4 loops of wire reading about .2?...the other profile should get you pretty close, but always better to test your own batteries...

Thanks that's what I figured, and I would like to test my own to be more accurate just saw some folks recommending like a heat sink and all that. I'm going to run it with 4 loops of 24g kanthal (if I make them 1ft each should end up around .5ohm) when I have some time to keep an eye on it and apply some direct cooling via a fan or something.

Went ahead and ran it. After some more reading I ended up just using 2x foot and a half loops of 24g kanthal with a fan right on it (1.6ohms). worked great and I got my discharge profile. Going to upload for anyone else but I suggest running it on your own its pretty easy.
 20.96Wh though with fresh VTC4s triade 250.
