My screens look horrible after i upload to my skar dna 75

I am using Photoshop cs5 and saving images as .png 128px x 32px

Hey, I checked out your images enlarged & the reason you are having these issues is because every where the images are being distorted, there is gray...almost like a shadow...the screen is monochrome

First off thanks so much for the advice.
What i did seem to manage was instead of going with white on black bg.. i went black on white bg.. seemed to make things look as they should.
Will see if i can get the images cleaned up without the "grayish" bits.
