Completely Dead Screen

Hello, I have a Lost vape DNA 250 Triade. Using it fine when all of a sudden no power to the atty, almost like when your batteries are nearly dead. However that is not the case the Screen is completely dead. all of the buttons work fine, just wont fire or display the screen.

is the device still under warranty from the vendor? if not, Evolv warranties the board for one year. there is also a lost vape repair center. both links are in my signature, below.
