I will end this problem now, not worth my time anymore. but i did let seller know how i feel. also i did just try again with the therion bf and took the current goon w/Ti coils that is working with the drone........ check atomizer and no ohm reading in software. put goon back on drone and 425f at 35w works like a champ and bf feature is more professional then the dripssent this email with my opinion to elementvape.com My opinion as a student working on my Ph D in Organizational Leadership. You should have offered a full refund for product being DOA, or should have offered full refund in store credits with return of DOA product. I do not have a working device and I have lost money but I have not lost my voice or my choices on where I shop. One of my favorite books and I will be using this book in the classes I teach.
