    Windows 11 Pro and has only connected 1 time.

    I've had the device for about 2 weeks and only once was I able to get Escribe to connect. I have confirmed that my PC, Escribe software and USB cable are all functioning because I have a DNA100C device that connects with no issues. I have created a ticket with Evolv but have not heard back from them yet. Does anyone have any recommendations they can provide?
