Nr 3 should be first and it unpacks and after trying to update the "command failed, AbiQuery P0! shows up. And it finds the device but dont want to update it. Done an Help desk ticket. Kinda hoped anymore here have had this problem Tried old versions of escribe to since it seems to be no firmware at all left on my device. Google search came up nothing...

Hi New here.. First my screen died and now It does now it does not work I try to update firmware thru Escribe and these comes up... See attached. It REFUSE to work...Is there a way to FORCE some firmware on it? Its a RIFT AIO
